Do you charge per day or per hour?
We run a 24-hour rental system, so charges are per day, not per hour.
What documents do I need to rent a car?
You’ll need a valid driver’s license, a national ID or passport, and in some cases, a refundable deposit.
Do I need to refill the fuel before returning the car?
Yes, we provide the car with fuel, and we expect it to be returned with the same fuel level. Otherwise, a refueling fee applies.
Can I return the car late?
We allow a grace period of 1–2 hours. Beyond that, an extra day’s charge may apply.
What happens if the car breaks down?
We provide roadside assistance and, if necessary, a replacement vehicle so your journey isn’t interrupted.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required. It will be returned once the car is brought back in good condition.
Can I travel outside the city with the rental car?
Yes, you can, but you’ll need to inform us in advance. Different rates may apply depending on the distance or destination.
